Yes it is BIll! We went through the "let's play in the snow" phase, the "let's fight because we're bored" phase, the "lets see who else can come over and play" phase, and now they're totally bored. They did everything but clean- so now they're cleaning! Like Brandon is vacuuming and Savannah did the dishes and is mopping. I could get used to this, but I'm afraid of what the 4th phase is!
