I have a crackberry- it is supposed to sync to my computer and back itself up. Problem is, whatever went wrong in the software corrupted the database on my computer. So no phone, no backup. The guys at Verizon couldn't even get it to boot up enough to pull the info off. I even got online and read some things on forums about how to fix it. Nothing worked because it wouldn't sync to the computer!
i thought verizon had a free contact back up service done wirelessly ? maybe its only for business customers - i dont know but i know they told me i could have it if i signed up with them
