Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
Lg bag (32oz) frozen hashbrowns, shredded or cubed
16 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mix the sour cream and soup together. Add hashbrowns and toss to coat. Stir in cheese, reserving a small portion of cheese for the top. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheddar and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until top is brown.

  1. Oh, I forgot- because I don't do it... but you can dot the top with pats of butter. I just try to cut calories and fat where I can, and it comes out fine without it!

  4. man that sounds yummy !! i will try it . it is very similar to a recipe i have and call "Tiny's Tators" since the recipe was given to me Tiny-hehehe...it's been such a big hit that everyone who tries it, decides to make it, then share it - and they tell their friends - and so on and so on
