I had a little difficulty finding a good picture this week. I don't tend to photograph broken things, I guess. This is a picture that I took as we entered the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana last summer. I think of "broken" because of the way we have treated this native race- we have broken a once-proud people, given them broken land, and the broken our promises to them time and time again.

Hi, nice to see your picture in here Momma. I totally agree with you. I'm a small part Seneca (Iroquois Nation) and have always been interested in how they were dealt with. Not too well... Good take on the theme.
